I am Westmeath born and an adopted daughter of Galway! My practice is in Galway, Mullingar and Tullamore. I have spent years travelling and living abroad and have finally settled in Galway, although home is where the heart is, so I am never too far away from the midlands.
I love to travel, meditate and spend time with my fury babies, a cocker Spaniel and a Springer Spaniel! I am always attending workshops and personal development courses, energy classes and my meditation class.
